Special Events

The conference reception will be held at the Annapolis Marriott Waterfront on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 7-9 pm.

The conference dinner will be held on September 16, 2015 at 6PM aboard the Watermark Yacht "Raven". There will be a three hour cruise around the Chesapeake Bay including Dinner and a special presentation. Conference attendees may bring dinner guests and will be required to pay an additional fee during registration.

On Thursday, September 17 tours of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center will be offered to participants that register in advance. All visitors will need to provide specific details needed for badging. Foreign nationals will need to provide current passport/VISA information as requested. Specific labs and facilities to be toured will be listed soon.
